How much does ParkoShare cost?
Listing a parking space is free. ParkoShare takes a transparent commission on every booking, which is deducted from the rental amount. Drivers pay no hidden fees.
How do I get paid when I rent out my parking space?
Payouts run through Stripe Connect straight to your bank account. Once the rental ends, the amount – less fees – is transferred automatically.
What happens if there is damage or a dispute?
The check-in with photo and location documents the situation for both sides. If a conflict arises, our operations team mediates through the built-in dispute management.
What kinds of parking spaces can I list?
Freely accessible spaces (including by the hour), as well as spaces with a key, badge, pass or remote control (from a two-day minimum rental).
